Ordering through the Whataburger app is meaningless. This location does not prioritize orders placed on the app. My order was scheduled to be ready between 6:18 pm and 6:21 pm. My order didn’t come out until 6:40 pm. Almost 20 minutes after the latest time it was scheduled to be ready. This a constant occurrence. The Saratoga/Cimaron location does a much better job.

Do not eat at this location unless you have about 30 to 40 minutes to spare. Not even joking there will literally be nobody in line and these guys will still take too long. Tell you to pull up then forget about you. The worst whataburger location ever. Needs to be shut

This is one of the better Whataburgers in Corpus. Excellent every time. Service is always top notch and the restaurant itself is clean. Food is fresh. I’ve seen the operating partner working the drive thru several times.

Service was very slow tonight. Appeared to be very busy but yet not a word ahead of time that the orders may be delayed. Recommend, that when they're this busy, they at least let the customers know they are very busy so we can take it into account. Other than that highly recommended.

I'm so tired of this location and their constant mistakes and terrible quality control. We are always missing items or receiving cold food and then being argued with. Management needs to be fired and employees retrained. This is the absolute worst store in the whataburger chain. They should be embarrassed but they obviously don't give a s!@*. Please whataburger corporate step up and fix this store.
