Order was super quick! Food was ready before I had finished getting my soda! Burger was very good. Frys were barely warm

Complete and utterly disappointed in how the facility processes complaints. I called 4 times to let them know that this happened to me and I didn’t even want a refund just wanted them to understand that this isn’t okay and prayed that no other customers walked away with food for there kids like this. The manager on site wouldn’t even accept that this was from their location even though I was there not even 5 minutes prior to me taking this picture. So completely disappointed. I hope whoever runs and operates this location gets reprimanded..employees acting the way they do at this location is the fault of there operator and no one else.

If i could give this place a one star I would the service was absolutely terrible I was meet with a very rude woman at the register basically rushing me to order my food and when I got my food it was cold I nicely brought it up to the lady she said deal with it when you get home I’m absolutely never coming back I don’t recommend this Whataburger to anybody.

Lunchtime rush and we were handled quickly with courtesy. I enjoyed the food, cleanliness, and the servers who checked on our drinks. The lady checking our food came out was awesome.

This is the second time visiting this location. Today I ordered coffee and a cinnamon roll.
Both of the employees at the window here are very helpful and courteous. Keep up the good work.

I waited over 40 minutes for cold gravy with a chopped up sausage patty because I guess they ran out of the normal stuff they use? Terrible service! Better off going to the Whataburger in Annaville.
