Love the white chocolate peppermint iced coffee!! Sweetly surprised I liked it.....as did Mimi!!! I'm a hot coffee girl so this was a sweet surprise! It is pretty sweet and not too chocolate-y.....which is how I like it!

Picked up an order that was made wrong. I went back to get a refund since it made me sick and I couldn't eat anymore. The very rude and snarky manager Derek refused to give me a refund. He admitted he could do it, but said he wouldn't do it. We used to get food here a lot since it's so close. But wrong, bad and rude service has lost our business. A complaint has been filed with the corporate office to get our refund. Hopefully Derek is disciplined as well for horrible customer service.
