If I could leave 0 stars for this location I would. I love whataburger but this location has me to the point where I no longer want to eat at ANY whataburger. Poor service. Poor management. My order has been wrong Multiple times and they don’t even make new food- they say someone will be in tomorrow to come back then and when you come back no one knows who you are. Never gotten a refund for the messed up orders -nothing- I’ve even complained to corporate and never gotten a response or even a simple sorry
I been coming here for 2 years now always order a lot of food. They always forget stuff. Try to get ahold of them for whole 20 minutes nobody answered the phone. The girl answered all late was rude I’m trying to talk and she gave me attitude. Today I did an online order like I always do and a lot of stuff was missing. Instead of the Manager (Carmen) coming to the phone and making it right she didnt. Normally I would go back no problem but today I have a sick kid. Food was cold and the burger are soggy. The fries are cold. They need a new manager because when the guy manager is there everything is fresh and everything in the bags. Never coming to this location anymore. Thank you for ruining my husband and coworkers lunch! This what they gave one of his coworkers no fries no bbq sauce or toast.
