Don't bother with this Location. Larry K. is by far the worst Employee that, for what ever reason, Whataburger has as a Manager. He has extremely poor customer service. My Family and I have been going to Whataburger Over 30 years. Our order was incorrectly taken and we had to order another meal cause he just simply didn't care. We had already spent close to $100 on our original order, and for him not to fix a mistake really pissed me off.

If i could give negative stars i would. Stopped by this location for breakfast. Walked inside and was quickly told they were closed. If you were closed then why have restaurant open. As i walked out the door i was told drive thru was open. I drive and oversized service truck that doesn't fit in drive thru. Asked about curbside and was told no due to rain. Whataburger just lost my business forever. A good company that has gone to shit due to being sold out. Now i understand why this restaurant is always empty.

I heard that Whataburger was born in Corpus Christy. I wanted to try the burger at the birthplace. It was during lunch hours, so the lines at the drive-thru were long. I decided to dine-in. The burger and fries were good. But I liked the decor. I enjoyed pictures of the history of Whataburger. In 1950, Mr. Harmon Dobson and Mr. Paul Burton opened a small Whataburger in the city. They wanted people to say " What a burger!' when they eat the burger. That's true! I said " What a burger!!" when I ate it!

Since we started moving into our new house last week, my wife and I have eaten a lot of Whataburger. We've also had a lot of bad Whataburger.... I just happened to accidentally take this exit on the way back home and I have to say it's the best mistake I've made in a long time. Everything was fresher than everywhere else we'd been. Pulling up to the window, whoever was on the mic was absolutely awesome. He made suggestions for us (which we tried, pico burger with Jalepeno ranch). The overall customer service experience was fantastic. This is the kinda place that if it were tip based you'd leave a 75-100% tip. Absolutely bravo guys. Renewed my faith in Whataburger. I'll be back!

I see all the bad reviews for this branch. I was pretty excited to see my server being so nice and advice me on my burger and cinnamon rolls. I mean , it's WHATABURGER. You get what it's served, but this guy was actually able to lecture me and advise me on both burger and deserts ... And I'm a WHATABURGER coinosseur . David Pérez was his name

It's a bit dirty in the inside, doesn't seem to get cleaned constantly like at other locations. Isaiah in the front seemed distracted took him forever to get our order and get our drink cups. He was to busy talking to co workers. The reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of lower is because Manager went around asking guest how everything was and asked if we needed anything. Which to me that's huge, he immediately asked someone to sweep. Food tasted great.

Horrible food and customer service. Cashier was so rude for no reason. Just asked if pancakes come with bacon or sausage and all I got was an attitude. Eggs were all broken to pieces and dried, obviously old and sitting there for a while.

I love Whataburger. I've been eating them for 40+ years. That may have changed today. I went through the drive through and ordered a 9 piece chicken bites meal. There was a car ahead of me so I was stopped at the first window where I could watch the guy preparing food. No gloves. Bare hands all over the food. Then he wipes his nose. And keeps prepping the food. I waited like 10 minutes for the food. So I get the order. French fries are cold. Chicken overdone. Tastes like old grease. Two thumbs down for Whataburger.
Terrible service, twice didnt bring the whole order! Cold burger patty! Disgrace to whataburger! Smells like wet dog inside!

Yet again another whataburger screw up. Couldn't make my burger right gave me someone else's special order. Just read the ticket before you bring it out. I went to counter they made me a different burger, but gave me back the same fries which got cold while waiting. Manager on duty was belittling a worker while I was standing there. Go to college so whataburger doesn't have to become your full time job.

This is the worst Whataburger I have ever been to. We ordered three justaburger junior meals and one number four all the way (meaning the works). It took almost 15 minutes to receive our food. It was awful! My husband's number four had so much mustard on it, that the burger patty slid out of the buns and on to his lap, along with the 1 tomato slice and copious amounts of yellow slathered lettuce shreds. His fries were hot, so I suppose that should count for something. The junior meals were missing their desserts (choice of a cookie or fruit chews), the fries were cold, and two of the three burgers were so flat they looked like they had been sat upon! For a grand total coming in just under $20.00, it is most definitely NOT worth it! My recommendation would be to avoid this place and grab a bite at the gas station, it has more appealing options!

If you want to use the drive-through and driving a dually or larger truck you better be fat and used to parking your ass in a small boot because you are going to need the experience necessary to use drive-through. Also I ordered the basic 2 pattie burger w no cheese and guy talked so fast that when I paid...the price doubled and he extra sized me on everything. I just wanted a burger.
