Service was OUTSTANDING! Jocelyn went above and beyond with her guest service. She upsold me on the collectible cups(which I never ever buy) but her attitude was what convinced me. She was very thorough with my order got everything accurate, I even asked if she was a manager due to how well she took care of her guests. I really appreciate when any food industry associate gives good attitude. Its not always easy working in the food industry. Thank you Jocelyn! You deserve a promotion...

This is by far the best Whataburger we've had in a year. The brightest part of this visit was the friendliness of Lashawna at the causeway and beach store. Absolutely a great pleasure
