I dropped the fries on to a plate and a roach came out of the bag. The Manager was very unprofessional, she did not want to come out because she was afraid of the roach. I told her I already killed it and it’s in a napkin. She came out and said “I never seen them do this” while talking to another worker. She asked me if I wanted my food to be remade and I told her no I want a refund. Needless to say I am allergic to roaches, this is disgusting.

Worst Whataburger I have ever been to, order was taken wrong, order was given wrong, not what they decided to order for me, and food was cold. The only part of my order they got right was them cutting my burger in half. Took 33 minutes from when I ordered to when I left. Only two vehicle in the drive thru.
