I’m not one to normally leave reviews at all but omg, I went to this location Friday night and the line was not long at all, waiting almost 45 minutes for one thing of chicken strips, guy at the window was very rude didn’t say anything, but you know I gave them the benefit of the doubt it was Friday night maybe they got busy, but I came back on a Sunday night, total of 3 cars in the line no one in store, pulled up lady was very rude taking our order starting off with basically “what do y’all want” ordered my 2 sandwhiches and once again, waited almost an hour for my food, mind you only one car ahead of me and one behind me that was it, and when we finally got the food it was the same guy who didn’t say anything just handed us our food then immediatly shut the window. Moral of the story this whataburger has been sucking here recently, they used to be so much more friendly and faster but whatever no hate to anyone I get yall can have bad days but from someone who works in the industry the managers should really get that place together.

I’m putting one star but I would give a zero at 11pm October 24th !!! My husband went to get us some whataburger tell me why he came back and opened his number 13!!! With three tiny have biten strips with gravy everywhere and went straight back and yall have the audacity to say he probably did it is insane ! How the hell do u put that in a box in a bag and then claim it was the customer like if yall didn’t just do it !! Ridiculous!

Anytime I go to this location, I have to make sure I ask for extra ketchup because they never put any in my bag. Today I went through the drive thru line The store seemed slow and I was the only car in drive thru. I order several meals along with an extra order of fries on the side and asked for several ketchups. I didn’t ask for 5 or anything crazy just 3. Upon opening the bag at home they didn’t put a single one in my bag. Whataburger has gotten more expensive and you’d think the least they can do is put the condiments you ask for in the bag ESPECIALLY if you have several meals with FRIES. Will not be returning or wasting my money at this place again.

This place is so far gone. I took my mother to eat lunch today and the service was so bad and the food was cold. I also let them know that the soda machine is out of Coke and they did nothing. I felt like I was a bother to them. Whataburger is no longer a place I want to eat.

Horrible service. Numerous mistakes on my curbside orders Janie lied on replacement of my meal have calls recorded of her lying. Really enjoy Whataburger and don’t ever do reviews but this location sucks on service and every curbside order is never ready on time not even 15 minutes after time is supposed to be ready !!

Thanks for being the memorable part of my birthday. Asked for a specific number of ketchups for a large order. Person on drive thru ignored me (saying pull to outside lane 3 times) and then gave me attitude when she finally responded to me. Manager was nicer, she heard me out and rectified the situation as the drive thru person continued to confront me inside the store. I had to go inside to ask and apprise the manager in order to receive ketchup that had already been confirmed previously. Manager gave me an apple pie but then we still had to drive back again for a burger that was not included in the order.
Edit: the apple pie the manager gave me was good, changing from 1 to 3 stars.

Worst Whataburger drive-thru in town you could order a drink it's still going to take 10 minutes. I have been late for multiple events repeatedly because I make the mistake of going through this locations drive-thru at any time of the day it does not matter if it is empty or full you are guaranteed to wait at least 10 to 20 minutes for any amount of food in any capacity it does not matter I can no longer afford to go to this location it is literally more time saving to go to a Whataburger that is farther away
