The whataburger app is not working so thay need to fix it

There is no way. We received a burger with no patty. Called the restaurant several times and no response. Mind you, this was after I drove up without stopping, thinking it was a pick up order so it was ok and the drive thru person got mad and said “next time tell me on the drive thru speaker”.

Horrible customer service Edward the manager had a attitude the whole time one of the other employees got my order wrong and Edward tried to deny his employees faults I was very disappointed all over a fry and then saying the shake machines haven’t work wanting a brownie for a comp and then all of a sudden got a shake just very disappointing customer service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Period. I don’t know if they got new management, but ever since a couple of months ago the food has been amazing. The burgers, fries—everything, even breakfast—has been so good. Service is quick and consistent, and I never have to wait long. Honestly, I think everyone there needs a raise for the great job they’re doing!
I always wanted of eat here but after I had Vhatabuger at the airport in Houston no I don't think ill eat at any Whatabuger again wasn't as good as I thought

Just left there first they forgot my large fry then came back with the bag and had a large fry only half full so basically charged me a large fry but I received a medium. Not to mention the wait was super long
