Manager and sales associate were fun and a great delight really made my visit here the best they were both young and just so caring manager kept making sure everything was going well so grateful for him. And the sales associate just was new but very fun chatting with and a true delight need more employees like them.... Thank you both y'all hopefully know who y'all are

They obviously don’t pay attention to people when they repeatedly repeat the order more than 3 times Manager acting like it wasn’t they’re fault order was made at 925 pm Saturday November 22nd Said he would talk to the people who take the orders it was a mistake communication Obviously itvwas because I repeated myself at least 4 times

The service was appalling. Young workers hissing under their breath and rolling their eyes at you if you ask for anything. Every order was wrong or incomplete. Everything asked of the workers seemed to be beneath them to do for you. The manager was either hiding in the back so he didn't have to hear the complaints or he HAD to be there to keep a close eye on the incorrect orders being shouted across the store. If you enjoy Whataburger, pass on this one.
This place upset me This morning as I was ordering a breakfast meal, I told them wanted fries instead of hashbrowns and they told me they couldn't do that, thatbI had to get hashbrowns and I told them we'll all whataburgers do it, and I never have that problem, but I'm thinking they just did feel like making fries, I mean they sell regular meals with fries 24 sevens

Don’t get me wrong the food is good, but every time I order from this location it’s always the wrong items or something is missing especially with their salads. I always come back thinking it’s a simple one time mistake but they just seem to prove me wrong.
