Sat waiting in the building for an hour on my food since I couldn’t cancel. I counted and there were 35 people waiting that long beside me. Ridiculous. Not to mention we all had pick ups.

I ordered a Whataburger Jr on Texas Toast. After eating half of it I noticed half the meat was missing!! What the hell!! Whataburger employees you should be ashamed and embarrassed. This is totally unacceptable after all I'm not getting it for free. 😡 Imagine serving this to one of your family members.

Both my patties on my double jr were so thin they were in pieces after cooking. More burned since they were so thin. One old looking piece of tomato and two slices of pickle. Threw it away. I miss the old Whataburger.

Most terrible service ever experienced. Had a mess up order to which I went to pick up today they proceeded to give me trouble about it. As I paid for a burger they told me to wait curbside for my order , I waited 20 mins as customers went on by , so then I walked inside and they have no idea what my order is and claim they didn’t need to make anymore , a bunch of morons it’s not that hard !

Absolutely ridiculously poor service. Waited in line behind 3 people. In 15 min they managed to take 1 persons order, but several employees were visiting woth each other, so I guess their job is to socialize. So I walked out after waiting for 15 min and there were still 2 in front of me. That's one more place to never go back to.

Waited a long time in drive through...paid 42 dollars expected a hot fresh burger and fries....it was cold and fries old and cold..what a waste of money

Hit and miss. Sometimes I go and it's delicious, but here lately it's dry like they've been keeping it under a light fully made. Lettuce is soggy and the bun always looks like somebody stood on it. Fries and onion rings are always on point!
