I have been a customer for the past 21 years of my life and have never been so dissapointed in yalls food.
To say the least it is some butt now.
Idk if yall changed yalls recipe or some people ain’t cookin right but it’s straight CULO now.
Do better.

The food was okay. What I couldn't stand is waiting on everything that was ordered for long periods of time. On top of that, we are waiting on service and watching every waiter hiding to try to be on their phones. It used to be a place I loved.
Went thru the drive thru today and I ordered 3 burger combos. Got home to eat our burgers and notice that they were pink in the middle. It was to far to go back so we ended up having to finish cooking the patties. I did call them to let them know they left the meat pink. They did apologize and will talk to the cook but a little disappointed with there response ! They wanted me take them back to get new order. I told them it was to far for me to go back and I finished cooking them. Not worth paying $38 for 3 under cooked burger combos and have to cook them again ! Not worth the money !

The manager has trained the employees to shut down 30 minutes before closing time I feel like this is disrespectful to the customers it shows lack of work ethic

Had called ahead asking to be put on waiting list with giving my name and number and was told “we don’t do waitlist here it’s first come first serve”. I arrive to the restaurant and the first thing they say is that they need “ a name and phone number for the waitlist”. The front staff are completely unaware of their own policies and unhelpful.

Wings are just really over cooked. I understand some people like their wings like Jerry but I dont. I asked for the wings to be soft but they weren't. Onion rings ate delicious though 😋. Oh the tenders though we're really good too.soft and not dry

Pulled pork in tacos appeared to be dried out. There was a very large group behind us having a very good time but it made talking very challenging.
Our waitress Addison was so delightful. Very comfortable environment. PD on site. I feel so safe.

Everything was OK but I ask politely 3 times if they can play the baseball and they said yes but never changed it and they sent us the recipe .😏

Server was nice but we could tell she was rushing us to order. My son had the ribs and wings with fries and beans. He said his food was very good. I had pickle chip appetizer and onion rings and I was super disappointed. The pickles were not fresh, they were packaged frozen then deep fried. Tough and tastless. The onion rings were also tasteless and pre-made and frozen. Left hungry.

In all of the 783 times l've eaten here, the food gets better every single time. Today, was probably my best experience since I found a few extra hot chicken bites on my plate. I usually get about 19-20 chicken bites and today I counted 23. 10/10
