The food is always good here however to get your food is a different story. They always quote a time and you ALWAYS end up getting your food double the estimated time if not longer and if it’s carry out it’s best to make sure they pack everything as it is very common for them to forget to bag some items. The food is great but they need better systems in place to provide accurate wait times and faster service. I feel bad for the door dash drivers that always have to wait long for the food to be ready.

My order was incorrect spoke to Lexi and she refused to remake order, she wanted to recharge me to make correct order and wait 7-10 business days for refund instead of just charging me the difference.. Will never eat there again.

My wait time was an hour. I was the first customer in the place yet 4 people got their food before us 2 catering and two dine in. wait time was over an hour!!! I didn't get an apology or anything. Your employees need better time management and honestly you need to fire them all. are hire a crew and fire your manager for not hiring more people. Don't say your hiring and then don't hire a sole. They had 5 employees and wanted to say they were short staffed nope manage your time better.
I ordered a 8 pice and waited 50 minutes before going to say something. Just asking what’s up with my order I was met with an attitude from the cashier saying she told me it would be an hour wait ”this was never mentioned until this moment”. After this I asked for a refund, manager came out and got me the food in about 30 seconds. Food was good but overall very unpleasant.

I put my order online went to pick up my order and the time it said to and the order wasn’t ready and the manager stated they hadn’t even started it and it would be another 10-15 minutes, when we got the order it was only half the order when I went back inside to let them know the manager wanted to argue about it when I had the bag in my hand, she then said that she believes the order was given to someone else at this point we had been waiting an hour for our food and one half was hot and the other half and fries were cold this is by far the worst service and quality of food I’ve ever gotten at Wingstop that’s cause it’s one of my favorite restaurants!
