Little upset that I decided to spend $45 which isn’t much I get it but to drive home 45 minutes just to see that the order is wrong , I’ve never had a order incorrect from wing stop so I’ve never had to check. My wife did a call in order cause it’s always been better to speak to actual person , so we ordered a 24pc family pack , order was half bone on half regular . We specifically asked that the bone in wings be half limón pepper half hot , all boneless wings plain cause they’re for the little ones . Well I had to make a second trip after realizing them made all the boneless wings hot and my kids being 5-6 years old that’s not gonna happen , in total I had to spend another $30 somewhere else, plus more fuel and what not , we don’t live in the city so things are far for us !

IF YOUR AN UBER EATS OR DOOR DASH OR FOOD DELIVERY DRIVER AVOID THIS LOCATION!! They're so rude and refuse to give you the food if you don't meet their ridiculous standards. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THE APPS WORK AND DONT CARE!! They have no respect for the drivers time or requirements. They think they make the rules for the apps for some reason! Stay away if you value your orders!!

Order today around 7:50pm and got ordered around 9:13. Our order was wrong so we brought back food. After getting back home food was still wrong and fries were cold. Called to ask for a refund whoever answered the phone said we would have to bring the food back again for that and I asked why also that I wouldn’t due to it be late and this would be the second time going back. He then said then wait until tomorrow and proceeded to hang up on me. I paid 30.72 for the food that was not right twice and have never had problems with wingstop until today. This was extremely rude and I understand that it was most likely a busy day due to it being New Year’s Eve but it’s still unacceptable for a manager or whoever it was to just hang up and not care

Food is good, service not so much, check your orders before leaving. Haven't eating in the store in months. But I always notice alot of customers inside, so it's probably a great place to eat inside..

name was Brenda. I could be wrong. She was amazing! I just moved in the location, I will definitely keep coming back!! She made sure I had my wings extra crispy like I like!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY MADE A HUGE DEAL ABOUT WANTING MY WING SAUCE ON THE SIDE AND A WORKERS BOYFRIEND CAME IN AND THEY HANDED HIM A FREE DRINK !! they manager jospeh said that it’s there policy to charge if u want wing sauce on side but it’s not against policy to give free drinks if ur in a relationship with a worker ! ok ! that’s how to run a business ! when i brought it up BRENDA offered me a job application lol i guess that’s professional instead of apologizing that customers had to see them just passing out free drinks and giving us a hard time about wanting our sauce in the side instead of on the wings !!! THIS IS EXACTLY WHY THEY HAVE HORROBLE RATINGS IS BC THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !! business close everyday bc of this and yet they continue to have people like this run there business !! DO BETTER WING STOP

Worst service! Then on top of everything cannot produce a receipt to show proof of refund! But if you don't receive the refund in 7 days just call back. But you won't have a receipt. Crazy!

Been to this place twice and both times food order was screwed up and tonight the manager in charge claimed to repeat my order after I told her to make the same order as the last time and still got it wrong then proceeded to explain why it was wrong the whole time not inputting my order correct and still managed to screw it up last time I’m ordering from this wing stop

I ordered at 1:53 pm and I asked for refund at 2:33pm the cashier said the Mgr. is in the bathroom so I'm having to wait. Walk out at 2:45 with out food and without my refund because I had to clock back in.

The Sweet tea unfortunately tasted like mop water without sugar…. The wings were either super hard and inedible or too cold even though my order was picked up and waited for in store as soon as it was placed.
