Ordered an online order and my girlfriend ordered 8 Louisiana wings and the they only gave her 6. They also had the bright idea to put the ranch upside down at the bottom of the bag so it would spill everywhere. I also told the lady at the front to have a nice day and she gave a disgusting look. Awful customer service and lazy workers too busy laughing on their phones instead of working!!!!

Hubby and I were out fishing , we decided to stop in at the Wingstop on Weber, the food was good , the cashier was friendly and quick, but we noticed a new employee ( a young girl, teenager maybe ) she was doing nothing except be on her phone ! The dinning room tables needed to be cleaned floor needed to be swept but she couldn't be bothered , the MANAGER never told her to get off her phone and get to work! We had never seen her before but I did hear her answer the phone , she has a weird name but it sounded like her name started with an N . When did Wingstop start hiring phone models ? The girl needs to clean the store or she needs to go !!!! I have been a store manager in the past , and one of the first things I tell people ( men and women ) I'm not hiring you as a model , I'm hiring you to work and help improve the business , if you can do that I will let you go !!!!!!!

Terrible experience every time. I don't know why I think that their food is even going to be good. The only thing that was good was the ranch. When I called to let them know that all the tenders were dry and enedible they wanted me to bring back every nasty whole strip or they wouldn't replace any. Some of the strips had been bitten and half chewed up and spit in the trash. Impossible request. Terrible terrible . 0 out of 10
And management sux and workers are rude.

Employees laughing and carrying on ignoring customers. I was doing a pickup order and had to wait past the time that was provided when restaurant was practically empty. Good is always good but service was not there and such a long wait time for the store being Soo empty but mostly cause employees were just joking around. I'd rather wait because they a are busy and trying than have this lack of effort. On top of that the lady that did help me was rude.

Ordered online and paid on 3/09, order was not ready when I arrived to location. Waited an additional hr and a half. My husband asked about order and was told they must’ve given our order to someone else. My husband said he was no longer willing to wait and requested a refund. We were told that they canceled our online order and we would be refunded. We have talked to several different managers because as of 3/30 we still have NOT been refunded. We were told the order was cancelled, but the managers managers need to approve the refund. Still waiting for a call back also. Ridiculous!

Little upset that I decided to spend $45 which isn’t much I get it but to drive home 45 minutes just to see that the order is wrong , I’ve never had a order incorrect from wing stop so I’ve never had to check. My wife did a call in order cause it’s always been better to speak to actual person , so we ordered a 24pc family pack , order was half bone on half regular . We specifically asked that the bone in wings be half limón pepper half hot , all boneless wings plain cause they’re for the little ones . Well I had to make a second trip after realizing them made all the boneless wings hot and my kids being 5-6 years old that’s not gonna happen , in total I had to spend another $30 somewhere else, plus more fuel and what not , we don’t live in the city so things are far for us !
