Placed an order online 30 minutes ahead of arrival with no wait time. Still had to wait an extra 30 minutes for food to be ready and staff did nothing to fix it. Upon arrival the two girls at the counter were rude and disrespectful, one was making faces at my wife when she asked for a dipping sauce. They was talking to her with an attitude. The food was ok nothing special.

Service absolute garbage. From the wait time to the manager Rosie De Leon from Robstown ( when I asked for her name she just had to add where she’s from) being so disrespectful and held no accountability other than her saying “I don’t know what to tell you. I ordered my food online at 5:20 pm for a pick up time for 7pm. We didn’t receive our food until 7:29 pm. Plus they got the order wrong. If I could give this location a zero star review I would. Not only am I writing this review I am also going to be sending in a complaint.

This place takes forever, I feel it is understaffed especially on high traffic nights. Perhaps management needs to reevaluate the schedules and work the appropriate amount of staff. Having to order an hour and half a head of time to only realize that your order isn't ready when you arrive is a bit ridiculous. The staff is great and patient but you can see the overwhelming feeling on their face. They are doing their best with a lobby full of upset people.

Writing this from a concerned point of view this place looks very dirty in the inside and you would think when dealing with chicken everything would be wiped down but it looks like everything has a layer of filth on it in here even the drink holder up front the staff was nice but idk

Wingstop can never get their stuff together. I haven't come in years because of the horrible management. I've tried all the Wingstops in Corpus. You all take forever on a normal day, then, today your system was down and so many people were upset and waiting over an hour for their orders. You all need to stop with the made to order junk. Just have it ready to go like Popeyes and you won't habe this problem.
