Yolanda's Specialty Cakes

I have been a Yolanda’s customer for many years and all I can say is that this is the only bakery that consistently makes moist and delicious cakes in Corpus Christi. We have had cake left overs for three days and it is still so fresh, I don’t know how they do it! Anyways my sister’s birthday cake was spot on to the inspiration pic as always!

I bought an Ube cake from Marin and Michelle for a surprise birthday party. I have never heard so many compliments about a cake! Everyone absolutely loved it! It really is the best cake in town. Thanks for making my friends party a hit!

Honestly when I received the cake I was kinda shocked considering it’s supposed to be a specialty cake place so I expected much more than what was received the lettering was ugly I mean seen better at “heb” as well as the style around the cake anyways so I figured ok well let’s trust the process, hopefully the flavor is good, and it was the flavor definitely made up for how ugly the cake is not trying to bash but it’s a birthday cake which hints it’s a special day for that someone so this is not what I imagine when I see a birthday cake.

My cake for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend turned out perfect! They responded quickly to my email inquiry and made sure to only use fondant on the ball and flag. I spruced it up with the candles so he could make a wish. Looks amazing and tasted just as great! Will be be back if ever back around the area

I came for the ube cake and it was incredible! So smooth and moist. I highly recommend it. Also, the ube le crookie was the best. I was lucky enough to try it right out of the oven. They were crispy and decadent. You have to try these! She did advise that it's best to call an hour ahead for them because they sell out so fast. We also took home a mocha cake. Every coffee lovers dream!
