They were setup and ready to serve on time. The entire interaction was pleasant. Efficient serving lines. They brought plenty of food and did not run short. Great service, understanding, and flexible... Oh, and the food was surprisingly good. My brothers and I were planning a 50th Anniversary party for our parents, and I didn't want us to be cooking and dealing issues, so my wife found Alicia here on Yelp. Within a few hours of our contact, we had a menu worked out for a very fair price, with delivery and serving in Teague, 45 minutes or more from Corsicana. The Tuesday before the Saturday event, we received word that a vital family member was ill, and rescheduling became necessary. I called Alicia, and her first concern was that my parents were OK. I apologized and asked if it was too late to move to another date and venue with her, and she provided her available Saturdays. A couple of months later, we were able to successfully execute our event in Fairfield, different venue-different town-SAME caterer, and we were ecstatic about the food and service. Alicia and her staff really connected. We had brisket and sausage, mac-n-cheese, slaw, nanna pudding & cobblers, with sweet tea. All was good and I had no concerns with the quality of people we'd invited to help us. My family and I will definitely use Affordable Affairs any time we need to feed more than a kitchen-full of people, back home. Thank you Alicia.

This is an amazing caterer. I have used this business for over 10 years and I have never had a meal that I have disliked. Her cakes are second to none and I look forward to dinners multiple times per year! She really loves what she does and it shows. Quality food at reasonable prices. You will NOT be disappointed!
