Ordered at 2:07. Waited 30 minutes and finally asked for it....the manager appeared lookong like a deer in the headlights, and took our receipt. They hadn't even begun the order. The lady who took the order made herself a coke, went outside, came back in laughing while looking at us waiting and went into kitchen. Finally got order after 30 minutes. Manager didn't apologize, offer a complimentary drink or cookie ..NOTHING! Not to mention this is second time this store "lost" our order. Last time it was an online order. Wont be going back. The deluxe original was good after we finally got it.

My family loves Schlotsky’s sandwiches and chips. On this visit, I found 3 hairs baked into that delicious bread. We won’t visit this location again and not sure when I will eat zone of those great sandwiches again.

This is one of the cleanest, friendliest, Schlostky locations I have ever been to, and one of the few I have found located on an interstate exit. Of course, the Standard Schlotzky menu is chuck full of tasty and unique sandwiches, all served at your table very quickly after ordering at the counter.

I pick up 2-3 originals a week, they are always fresh and the customer service is always friendly. I use there bonus app. and get freebies and discounts often.

We like this chain because of the many gluten free options, including sandwiches, pizzas, soups and salads. All of their food is good chain fare. This location is cleaning accessible, right off I-45, the staff are very friendly. Recommended.

Rude customer service I asked the lady if they had@wraps she told me no rudely but yet the sign says you can make any sandwich into a wrap.

This place is awful!! Could not be worse. We got 2 soups n 3 salads. 40 min later a soup n salad came but nothing else! Mgr just would not even look @ us. I'm local and will NEVER AGAIN come here.
