I have never had better home-made corn tortillas for Quesadillas. I got Lengua and Tripa. Good food has to be slow; otherwise, go to McDonald's or another horrible chain.

I didn't know the secret to great tacos was 3 Maria's in the kitchen, but the fact is they make great authentic tacos. We stopped by for a quick bite and tried the Al Pastor and Chorizo. Both were full of flavor and sat on delicious homemade tortillas. Both had a bit of a kick, so be sure.you like spicy. The staff was super friendly as well. Cocina Las Tres Marias is a solid choice for authentic Mexican food in Corsicana.
