I expected this location to be bigger but it's much smaller than the Waco location. Great bakery items though. I bought a selection of cookies.

We,when in to pick up a birthday, cake on January 24,2025. While in there we got some cherry ice box cookies. The cookies tasted like they were 2 Days old. They were hard. The man that did the birthday cake did a wonderful job. It was so beautiful and good.

good service and workers but i came in around noon and my cookies were hard as a rock. i didnt leave a comment the first time it happened bc i figured everybody has a few rough days it happens but this is the second time and i have heard the quality of cookies is going down bc they are selling cookies from the day before so they end up stale by the time you buy them the next day

I ordered a fruit cake for online delivery and they absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. It’s sweet, but not too sweet, nutty, but not too nutty, soft and delicious. To all the fruitcake haters out there this business proves you wrong - I cannot recommend them enough. Their fruitcake is to die for and truly deserves an award for the love they’ve put into it to perfect it. An easy no brainer recommendation.

What a great experience! You can sample all the fruit cakes. They have so many varieties. There is also a small deli that serves sandwiches and salads , soda . The coffee is delicious. Restrooms available.

I drove from Houston to Collin Street Bakery for their fruit cakes. I had not been in a few years. Missed the exit and ended up at the 7th Street location. Excellent customer service. This location did not have what I wanted and redirected me to the location off I-45. I was able to purchase what I had driven to the bakery for and more. I was disappointed with the customer service at this location. Some but not all of the staff appeared to be frustrated and unwilling to help. Thanks to Layne B. for all her help.

I ordered 2 fruit cakes on Dec 3rd. Still have not received them as of Dec 19th.
Very hostoric quaint store cafe. Sooo glad to see withvall the expansion the original location is still open. The apple cinnamon pecan cake is simply devine!
Parking: Very limited parking around original location. Visit the store out on I-45 lots of parking. Traffic around the bakery is a nightmare too as it is down town.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

You can smell the sweetness as you walk in. Ladies behind the counter were super friendly and helped us pick out some desserts to take home.
