Immediately upon arrival, they told us that the food was taking over 40 minutes to be ready. They said they were short staffed. We were a group of 12 and they were unable to accomodate us. The "manager" was no help. I do not recommend this place at all.
The last time I stopped by to eat at the Corsicana Denny's was about 7 years ago. Food was good then and it is good now. Service is okay. It takes some time for new servers to learn the craft. The reason for 2 stars is the wait time for food. Every time I stop here, I'm lucky to get food within an hour of ordering. 1 person in the kitchen is not enough for a restaurant that size. There were at least 10 servers waiting on orders. Management and the owner need to step up their game. I'm surprised that this location is still open. So if you aren't in a hurry to eat, stop in and have a leisurely time. If you have children, get them some ice cream to hold them over until the food arrives. They'll be hungry again by the time the food arrives. My next review of this place will be another 7 years.

No stars, ordered a t-bone and was given a tiny sirloin instead. They offered no refund for the difference and were very inconvenienced that we would even ask. We were told to come back another time to talk with the manager to resolve. Just go to waffle house.
