Just had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at Denny’s 😮‍💨

It hit us the second we walked in—the place reeked like a mildewed rag. Should’ve turned around then, but we were already committed.

I ordered a half order of zesty nachos (I’ve had them before, so I knew what to expect), my daughter got banana pancakes, and my son ordered these fancy pancake-French-toast-strawberry-drizzle things that came with bacon and sunny-side-up eggs.

The food comes out. The top layer of my nachos looked fine, but underneath? Cold queso and soggy chips floating in what I can only describe as nacho soup. Meanwhile, my sons meal featured an unexpected extra ingredient: a literal chunk of paper towel in between his cakes and cream the size of my thumb. 🤢

His eggs were practically raw on top, and the bacon? Tasteless. Like chewing air.

The waitress took away his meal, but when we went to pay, she hadn’t taken off the charge for the napkin surprise. I told the cashier straight up: “This was the worst meal I’ve ever had. I’m still hungry and I’m NOT paying for that.” They took off the pancakes, and that was it.

But the cherry on top? While I’m paying, the cook strolls out to play the claw machine—looking like a walking health code violation.

Now my stomach is making noises and I’m half-convinced I’m leaving with hepatitis. 0/10, do not recommend. It saddens me to see how bad this location has gotten, as I remember it used to always be busy and had great food and service. In my opinion it needs a complete overhaul!!

always loved going to Dennys past ten years going up and down the country the food not what it used to be. As a company in whole some of their restaurants gone down hill this is all management you can't tell. The food quality at this place not worth coming back to nice employees.

It was a really bad experince we wait over 1 hr and they didn’t bring our food every time we try to contact the waitress we count see her when i talk to the mananger she said that the ordenes were going out in 20 min i told her that we wait like 1 hr and we just left with out eating there

Waited nearly 40+ minutes for the food and the food was lukewarm. Still tasted good, but a sizzling skillet definitely shouldn't have been lukewarm

The service was wonderful, our waitress was so attentive and sweet. However, i ordered the stuffed berry French toast slam, and i began throwing up 30 minutes later. I believe i got food poisoning bc the rest of the day was miserable. Great service tho!!!
