The food was really cold. And I mean ALL the food was cold! How is that possible when it comes out of the oven thing??? The baked potato was hard and it looked like it was at least 1 full day old if not 2. The brisket was hard and very difficult to chew. It was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I came to the drive thru around 8:30. They were out of fries and desserts. I ordered a slider and drink. The bread was burned, and meat didn't have any flavor. Sweet tea tasted stale! I tried to give them a chance, but no.

I ordered a chopped brisket sandwhich and with chips and pecan pie and a coke. I got the sandwhich and two cookies instead of the pecan pie because they were out. So that’s a dub. And also they forgot the chips but was no big deal I just went back in and they gave me them no issues.

Stopping though town for work and decided to try this dickeys since I had points. Meat was like it had been there for hours in a heat lantern thinner. Place good really use a good scrub kinda dirty .manager was unconcerned & not helping me
