First time here it was ok wasn’t the best but it took long to get our food & I ordered pozole I’m used to it having shredded cabbage, onions, radish, & cilantro for the toppings & I got onions & lettuce I was a bit disappointed but I asked our server for the cilantro, radish & cabbage. She did say they don’t have cabbage so I was a bit more disappointed but overall this is my opinion I just wouldn’t come back again thank you

My friend ordered ceviche tostadas. The ceviche was bad, as on like it had been sitting there for weeks. My friend returned and said she didn't want anything else. When we got the check, they still try to charge me for those, the waitress said the manager had told her she needed to charge bc the food had been made.

Food was mid, and the server we had was horrible, asked for extra salsa, didn't get it till 20mins later, food didn't come out all together, mine was like 5 mins after everyone's else, we were done and sat for 15mins, had to go find her. To make it even worse, she checked me out and marked were the tip goes, like i live in a cave and never go out to eat, like I have worked in food industry and give a tip but not this time. Wouldn't recommend it.

Food had a hair in it sent it back they sent out another plate of food that we did not order we took it home that had a hair in it once again, was not discounted in the first place and charged for food that no one ate, called back to come and get a refund for it and they refused to refund it or discount it even with a picture of the plate of food with hair in it.

We recently passed by El Mexicano Grill, we were a group of 16 people, the treatment and kindness of the service staff was excellent, it is a spacious place with good hygiene. I would like to take some time to talk about the seasoning and quality of the products used to make the food. They are not bad, but they can improve. We ordered a Cuban cake and the bread was very dry, like bread from many days old, my little son had flautas stuffed with chicken and it was chicken like a stew that was left over, for a Mexican restaurant it is okay, but the seasoning could be greatly improved and better represent our country. ??

Salsa, queso & food was awful I took two bites out of my enchiladas & said no! What was even worse was the price for something that tasted awful I almost didn’t want to pay $44 dollars for our two meals!!
