People matter. Here, people are at the heart of every decision made and everything we do – no store cares more. I never realized until today that I’m part of a qouta. You would think after 10 years of using the same pharmacy that for 2 months in a row they would be out of the same thing twice. The above statement is on the main page. Telling a pharmacy customer that you already met your qouta on a medication with no real course if action it sad. One month is understandable but two in a row means the problem wasn’t fixed the first time.

Another extremely disappointing trip to this establishment. They now have almost nothing other than generic HEB meats and cheeses in their Deli. There is no more Hoffman Super Sharp cheese which they have carried for the last six years nor is there any prosciutto. The fresh-baked bread no longer has any German Rye.

todo en HEB es excelente , sólo la persona encargada de el área de las flores de nombre Rafael Arambula es una persona bastante antipática y no da el servicio que se nececita . en lo demás todo está muy bien .

The staff are some of the best I've ever seen. They have been beyond amazing and so helpful during this crazy time. Thanks so much for all that you do! I read where HEB workers are getting a raise but I think they all should get a big bonus too! We need more stores like this one.
