Its fast food, what can I say, BUT the chicken was crispy! Drive thru guy was the bomb! Super nice and friendly. I had to wait for my order but he brought it to my car with smile and a wish for a good day!
After waiting 35 mins. for a take-out lunch order, was informed they didn't have the chicken for my order, asked for a refund, employee told me no refunds were issued, however, my card was charged. Employee said to come back tomorrow to get my order....WTH Is this not theft......my card was charged. I have since written to corporate as well. Employees & management NEED TO GO!!!! OR CLOSE THIS LOCATION. ALWAYS OUT OF STUFF, ALWAYS A LONG WAIT!!!!!

To get your order at this store, drive through or pickup is what you need to do. Dinning in waiting time is awful and thats just to place your order. I place my order and am still waiting 18 minutes later. Several potential customers have come in and left. No one ever came to take order.

Food is nasty as hell. The restroom has never been cleaned. Food stains on floor throughout facility. They can do better.
Gross no one in the restaurant yet the place is still dirty, look at this chicken they gave me as the only customer I was given old chicken but they put fresh chicken out two seconds later the inconsideration of the customer experience is concerning. It’s a shame that kfc has a good recipe but the quality gave to us by its crew is disappointing

We come here expecting to have a pleasant mother's day lunch yet to get here for the macaroni to be cold as if it had just came out of the fridge as well as the mash potatoes. They gave us two mash potatoes instead of macaroni then wa s a struggle to get our order right. The back of the spoons smelt like cigarettes every time I went to take a bite it was hard not to gag.

I did the drive thru at this Corsicana KFC yesterday and ordered the 2 price meal. The leg was original but the thigh was burned and tasted horrible. I watched the woman filling my diet Dr Pepper drink the foam off from my cup and then put a top on it and give it to me!!! That's just not acceptable!!!!! The KFC in Ennis is much better.
