As I picked up delivery food through DoorDash for a customer, I was needing to wait for 25+ minutes and during that time I noticed several things that stood out. A young girl, perhaps 12, was behind the counter all the way in the kitchen area, coming in and out of the staff area and coming in and out of the front door of the restaurant; at no time did she wash her hands in all the coming and going, especially while being in food area. Additionally, an employee was wearing a set of slippers for her footwear, working mostly behind the counter and the drive thru, yet also leaving the front door with orders meant for customers who were waiting for their drive thru food in the parking lot and coming back in. It was unclear if she was washing her hands when returning to work.

I looked and it said they close at 9:30. At 8 I placed an order for a 12 piece. I received NINE legs, 2 wings and 1 breast. Some was original, some crunchy, It was old and dried up. They emptied out there end of the day chicken, refused to cook more for my order and charged me $40. They still had an hour to go before closing

Worst KFC chicken I have ever tasted in my life and I frequently stop at KFCs because I love the soft juicy original recipe. Today, the service was slow and the chicken was dark, hard, crunchy and tasted as if it was cooked yesterday or had been in the warmer all day. It was pathetic. IMO, dont waste your money here. Go to Midlothian if you ever get the chance, they have the best tasting KFC and service is always fast, order is accurate, and chicken deliciously juicy and cooked to perfection.

What kind of business runs their drive through by making people pull into the parking lot to get their food immediately after ordering when no one else is in line?!!! Then took my food to the wrong car.... After delivering my food the employee walked off without giving me any time to check order. Napkins. Etc.

I was in Corsicana, Texas today and I started to stop at KFC, but after reading the reviews no way raw chicken, no refunds, bad service and then some people lie and say that your food is good and your service is friendly. But 15 or 20 people say it's better to eat in a horse stall than to come in your business.How does the city?Of Corsicana, EVEN allow kfc to stay in business Sounds like KFC is a liability to the city. I went to buy something at the drive thru and ordered 4 pieces of chicken with fries. When I went to pay, the lady was giving me an order that I didn't even ask for and it was in bad taste. Then she put my order back, which only came with three pieces. I also paid for extra ranch and they didn't put it in either. THEY IS VERY BAD STAFF

The foods ok, not great. Employees are pretty disgusted with their jobs. BUT, someone explain to me why the $7 - 2 piece meal cost $1.50 more to change side???????? Not add a side. PLUS they Stopped All discounts - No senior, military or employee discounts. That's probably why they do the bare minimum at their jobs.

We got a bucket of chicken and got home and the crust was a soggy nasty mess. It tasted very old like it sat there all day out. So disappointed in this KFC normally KFC is fresh and very good.
