Got my order wrong not once but twice. Paid for fries I didn’t get. Wasn’t about to go back in and give them another chance to screw it up. Total chaos and no supervison from what it appeared.
Ignored at drive through, I went in to get my order. I started to order and "manager" stopped the woman at register to talk to her. I said, she was taking my order she will talk to you when she is done. Manager told me I was disrespectful and that she "did not "f**king care what I thought" she then loudly made the same statement several more times. I called the 800 number which was not answered and I have been ignored. Employee should be immediately fired!
