This location can have a good drive through services. But I'm finding that indoor service and food can be very disappointing. Today the mushrooms chicken had plenty of mushrooms but two pieces of chicken + it was cold and not cook well.. My husband ordered ice tea but it had been sitting for a long time and the container needed washing badly. Maybe they don't give fortune cookies anymore because we did not receive them. 5:10 p.m. Sunday 8/3/3025

Ordered online And received a text saying my order was ready for pickup, I showed up and to my surprise they had JUST begun making my order and I was forced to wait an additional 25 minutes just for a plate of grilled teriyaki chicken. Would’ve asked for compensation if I wasn’t so tired of being in there.

Didn't actually get any food. I got in Drive thru at 9:35p because lobby was closed.4 cars ahead of me. Got to the order screen at 10 and was told they were closed. I told him I had been in line for 20 min. He said the system was down so they couldn't help me. I asked about the 4 cars in front of me, was told they were all mobile orders. I asked about car directly in front of me who I watched give their order, he then told me they had already cashed out and couldn't help me. Wow.

Usually really good. Let both cooks go on lunch at same time so waiting almost 30 minutes for drive through order. Everyone deserves their breaks but manager has to do better. Manager wouldn't drop the chicken herself said we had to wait.

This specific location is inconsistent in their food quality and service. I’ve given this location numerous opportunities to make it right but most of the time they fall short. My last experience was horrible. The fried rice was burnt and some of the orange chicken wasn’t cooked fully.

The worst service at any Panda Express I’ve been too. Super slow. I have been at the drive thru for 25 minutes and still didn’t have my food. Unacceptable.
Food is still always stale and dry. They ask you to pull forward and then don’t bring your food out. If you go in, they don’t know what you ordered. Very poorly managed. When they started putting optional tips on their app, I almost walked away forever. Why would I tip you, EVER? You sell old food all the time…and you want a tip?

For all the people leaving 5 stars, what time are you visiting this location? We have been on two separate occasions, once on a week day (inside), the other on a wkend (drive-thru) at different times of the day, and both times were HORRIBLE. They didn’t have any of our food choices available. And the service is bad. I witnessed a verbal argument between an irate customer and an employee. This place is terrible all around, Don’t think we’ll give this place a try again. If I could give zeros I could. The second time we went, I was so over it that we just left. Don’t waste your time!
