We went to this Popeyes on Sunday evening while passing through from Dallas. There were two girls at the counter, one looked Mexican and the other was dark-skinned. Their service was not good at all. The one at the counter spoke in a very low voice, and when I asked her to please speak louder because I couldn’t hear, she gave me an attitude and refused to raise her voice, almost like she was doing it on purpose. The food was also very disappointing — the chicken pieces were very small, the restaurant was not clean, and they didn’t even give us ketchup, napkins, or anything with our order. Overall, the experience was terrible, and I would not recommend anyone to go to this location

I wish they could get their delivery to customers inside sped up time wise. Waiting 20 minutes for a couple pieces of chicken is crazy.

There were 2 other customers inside and 2 cars in the drive thru when we arrived and we waited for 15 minutes for our food(after we placed our) just to find out it had been sitting under the heat lamps the whole time because the employees were too lazy to call out our order number or bring us the food..and even then when we went up to complain about our wait time it was still missing some food on the tray so we had to wait another 5 minutes..An employee stood behind the register picking their finger nails the whole time acting like they hated being there. Our chicken strips were old and dried out and the wings were just as dry..the only thing that was good were the fries because we still had to wait and extra 5 minutes for fresh fries after we had already waited 15 minutes for the order.I will NEVER come back to this location!!!

The chicken was hot and tasty! Stopped about half way thru a4 hour trip. Just what we needed!
Takes over 40 mins for a meal none even in line
Food was okay. Not super fresh. The lady was training and was having trouble but she was friendly. I had 2 random “donation” charges that I didn’t agree too but I noticed once I had already left. The floor was very slick.
Me and my friend just came through the drive through we ordered spicy chicken and when we drove off we realized they didn’t give us spicy chicken. We went back through the drive through and even waited again. When we got to the window Dianna was angry with us and rude because we requested the correct order. She started spewing what she would replace and wouldn’t. We were confused because we never asked for anything but the correct pieces of chicken. DIANNA NEEDS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING OR A NEW JOB!
