My wife hates y’all lol so I don’t get to have the big S very often. That being said I did grow up in a Schlotzskis in Sugarland, Texas playing Metal Slug on the community pc that y’all randomly had there. Picture this, mom plops you down, gets you an Original with a bag of chips, says you can play on the computer, then disappears for 2 to 3 hours before returning with 6 bags from TJ Maxx. Legendary time. Revisiting now, the sandwiches are all right, but didn’t quite hit...

After having another bad experience at Panda Express, we decided to try this place. Wow! What a difference!

Miss Tammy greeted us with a smile and friendly personality. She definitely knows what good customer service is supposed to be.

I have a very limited diet and she made my day by making me the perfect delicious sandwich. Thank you!

Woman taking order in drive thru was exceptional! She understands and delivers superior customer service. She was warm, friendly and was so thoughtful providing dog treats for my pup. First time in a very long time to have a great drive thru experience. Most places have rude people.
Food was also excellent. Haven’t been to a schlotzsky’s in a long time. This experience will definitely bring me back. I just wish I got her name. She definitely deserves a raise!!!
