Kind of hard to tell if they are open or not especially with their sign turned off but after the confusion was cleared with a phone call, I received excellent service and food. The loaded brisket potato was amazing. The tacos weren't really my style, but that personal preference. The ingredients were fresh and the brisket was great. Oh, and the price for a brisket potato the size of my head and two tacos was only 20 bucks. Hard to beat that. Overall, I would return. 5 stars, especially for Corsicana.

It hurts my feelings to not recommend because this is ONLY local bbq place that I can get food and be pleased every time. I've bragged and recommended them for years. I've been wanting bbq for a while, but Smoking Guns wasn't open the days I've wanted to go. I tried another place and was highly disappointed. I decided that I would just wait for the food that makes me happy and go right after work one day. I checked Facebook like always and it said they were open today... the hours say until 5:30 pm, but everything was closed up at 5:10. Great food is always a plus, but dependability is part of it too.

After reading the reviews we decided to check them out. The ribs were extremely chewy and zero smoke flavor. The brisket sandwich also had zero smoke flavor, and was extremely bland. Plus, the meat was cold. Definitely not what I was expecting out of anyone selling BBQ in Texas.

Food is 10/10!! Only reason I put 4 stars on service is they are ALWAYS out of chicken. Not to any fault of their own per se, but it’s difficult when it’s on the menu and doesn’t say “limited availability,” if the availability is truly limited. Additionally, staffing is a concern as well as they struggle to stay open many days out of the month. Again, no fault of their own when people are sick, but still a concern when eating here is you basically have to check their Facebook page to see if they’re open. However, when they’re staffed and open with all their ingredients… they truly are the best BBQ Food within a 25 mile radius MINIMUM.

I first learned of this place several years back at Derrick Days.... And I've never looked back. The first thing I got was the Frito pie?❤️ then I went right back and got a loaded baked potato and they didn't disappoint at all!!! My buddy goes and gets jugs of the sauce when he BBQ and I tease him about taking credit where it isn't due lol. My grandson asked me the other night to get some but they were closed so I surprised him with lunch the next day. Great food guys and gals
