Idk whats going on with taco bells but their food has been lacking year after year. More and more, my burritos are looking like pencils. I feel like I'm just eating tortilla. And as for service ,the workers make you feel like your stupid. And you better make sure you check your orders at both taco bells here in town. Becuase somethings always wrong.

Went…wont go again! Stood at the counter for 5 minute and no one made eye contact with us. Literally no one spoke to us. Had to order at the kiosk. They were not busy. Vending machine service. Won’t be back.

I went inside to order and eat there. Had to order via screen myself. And again the service was not very friendly or fast. Kind of felt like I was interrupting the employee's conversation. I had to request the cup to make my own drink. They were only busy conversing with each other instead of taking care of a customer.

But most important they always modify the food the way I want it And it’s always delicious.
On top of that, is always clean.

Napkins were out. Had to ask numerous times for our cup. Food was stale, crunchy, cold and untoasted. All employees acted like they hated their life and didn’t want to help anyone. Refused to help a family order and demanded they use the kiosk. Just rude and bad all around.

Stood at counter for a while, someone finally came and told me to oder off of kiosk. They don't take orders anymore. Food was ok. Had to ask for a receipt because the kiosk did not text me one.

We arrived at 8:15 and lobby closes at 9. Started our order and was rudely told if we wanted food it would be to go. We asked why the door stated 9 and he told us it didn't matter. So we walked out as did 2 others waiting to order.

Went to order at the register and was rudely told to use the kiosk and that they don't use the registers anymore. The store was dead and now I see why. I took my money to Sonic instead. Corsicana Taco Bell will never have to be inconvenienced by me or my money ever again.

They have done away with actual people taking your orders when you go inside. You have to order everything from a kiosk. I had put requested no sourcream (which they put it on everything I ordered), and when I asked them to remake it properly, they refused.
