When they first opened, it was so good. everything was fresh and good. On the last few visits, the food has been stale. The sweet tea used to be so, so good tastes like it's soured. We were so excited about having this place, and it's really gone downnhill fast. Sad. Do better.

One of the Best taco bueno I been to in awhile Not only was the food good but the lady was very sweet and kind also got my order out very fast didn’t have to take my whole lunch break waiting for my food to be ready!! We’ll definitely be coming back!! 10 out 10!!!

Went here when I got off work ask for a nachos $11.00 and a chicken burrito..Nachos, for a whole Lotta lettuce no meat so the server was very rude, no customers in the lobby are drive-thur so I check my nachos i said to her ma'am it don't have no meat a lot of lettuce how much do it cause for extra meat $1.89 Gesh everybody try and get over Bummer,a Concern Tax payer 🙃 😮💨

Waited forever for someone to come to the counter and take our order. No containers for the salsa bar and got attitude when I asked if we could get some. Another guy came in after me and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take his order. Empty inside and I can see why. Pretty disappointing as these are usually good restaurants.
Well, they do not get in a hurry! If you want slow fast food, come here. I have not eaten at taco Bueno in years, because we do not have one. Now I know why

This taco bueno location doesn't seem to have the same recipes as the other ones. The food is bland or too salty and their cheese in my mexi dip today tasted like milky water. Very disappointing! I didn't have time to go back up there and complain after I was already home. I'm hoping they will improve because it's one of my favorite fast food places to go.

Stopped here for lunch. the service is horrible. The Hispanic cashier with eyelash extensions is so rude and looks like she doesn’t wanna be there. She had a face the entire time I ordered. I did not feel welcomed at all. She barely responded when I asked her a question. The worst costumer service I’ve ever received won’t be returning.
