What a great BBQ joint on the side of the road. The brisket sandwich was amazing with the onion rings. We also ordered a BBQ sundae and what a delicious surprise. It was beans brisket and potato salad layered perfectly in large glass. I would highly recommend trying it for your self. The amazing part was the sizing and pricing. For $12 I was full with no left overs. We will be back if we are ever in the area again!

Passing through town, my husband and I stopped in to grab a bite to eat. The owner and the waitress working were so sweet and attentive and the food was SO good! If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we will for sure stop by again!

We love a good hole in the wall restaurant. Sometimes they have the best food, service, &atmosphere.This one has all of that and more. Each person in our party ordered something different. Chicken fingers with onion rings, 3 meat plate with beans & coleslaw, and the Saturday Seafood special. Things we definitely recommend & would get again- Turkey, ribs, (brisket was good, just not our fave of the 3 meats) onion rings, banana pudding, crab legs in the butter sauce, and the generous amount of seasoning on everything! We were raised in the south & search out restaurants that aren't afraid to add flavor and pizzazz with a few seasonings. And unfortunately many restaurants disappoint us in that way. But, thankfully that was not the case here. We will without a doubt be back probably once a month & will recommend this place to all of guests who ask us for dinner places. We loved the variety of menu items for every taste palate even our picky eaters from seafood, BBQ, pizza, and several desserts. Do yourself a favor & add this place to your go to places like we just did :) *Added bonus our special needs teen LOVED the Halloween decor & I couldn't help but smile & agree with the playful decor all around the restaurant 😄 *

We drove over an hour away from Dallas to try out Gipsy that was highly recommended by a few people and OMG 1000/10! We got a burger basket with onion rings and a pizza + their desserts list ! The place was very clean and unique. Games table and coloring books for kids (I colored one though lol) the staff was very friendly and helpful as we didn’t know what to order from all the options. Try it out! Pricing was very cheap too. We were surprised and very satisfied (:

I loved the red potatoes I opted for those since they didn't have Mac n cheese my only complaint is that the brisket was dry I was sad cause it was recommended it but it was dry 😢 I would like to give them another try one day

Paid $60. $30 for crab special and 3 Mt brisket plate. $21. And two drinks. They were out of ribs. We waited 30 mins for our order. Mine contained 5 shrimps, a corn, two small potatoes and two crab legs. Non of it had flavor. The crab and also the shrimp was supposed to be 1/2 of a piece. It was not. Husbands they didn't put bbq sauce in his order or pickles. The meat was dry the beans tasted funny and the potatoe salad not so good. I do not recommend this place.

Order a 3 meat plate with pulled pork, brisket and sausage with cowboy beans and potatoe salad meat was super dry tasted a little burnt the brisket was chopped not sliced and hard couldn't tell the difference in the pork or the brisket other thank they looked different skin on sausage was hard and couldn't tell you how their sauce was because they for got to put it in the bag so in all I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy want good at all won't be going back
