UPDATE July 2025 WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We went through the drive thru at about 530p and ordered a couple combos and a kids combo... requested added veggies to the 1 burger combo with no buns on either but the burgers all the way with whatever condiments and veggies they come with. We did NOT get the added veggies requested OR the normal condiments the one burger comes with. Then they did NOT give any utensils to be able to eat with OR a single napkin to clean up.. Then, to make matters worse, NOT once did they answer the phone when I tried calling to report the issue with our entire order!! If this is the new normal service customer,s will be receiving by this location, then I DO NOT recommend bothering to waste your time or money because they DO NOT seem to care about the customers any longer
For the most part, the corsicana location(in town) is good. Food is usually correct and hot. Very rarely have ever had any issues with our food being incorrect, but when it is, they are quick to correct the issue. The only reason I took a star away is because their drive thru is ALWAYS so slow, they could learn something from 2 very popular chicken restaurants that do triple the business in their drive thru in a faster time frame

I really tried to give this Whataburger location chance after chance, but this was my last time ordering from here. It doesn’t matter what time I go something is always wrong. Either something is missing, or my whole order is messed up completely. This time, my fries were cold, my burger was cold, and it was overloaded with onions to the point I couldn’t even taste the actual burger. What’s worse is, I always repeat my order back to them multiple times just to make sure it’s right, and somehow it still comes out wrong. At this point, it just feels like they don’t care. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Left out my hashbrowns for a meal that COMES with them. We had to remind them to add them in there, luckily a nice lady gave us three instead of one. Today we got a pancake platter and it didn’t come with syrup?? I had to go to the store so now my food is COLD. Terrible service.
I always have a great experience here. Good service, good food, usually sometimes slow if there's orders ahead of me, but they always get it done in a timely manner

Rodney was slow at taking our order and didn’t seem like her knew what he was doing. Guy in the blue shirt that brought us our food was rude as hell. He had an attitude when we asked for ketchup. There were no napkins and it wasn’t busy at all so there’s no excuse. The restroom was gross. The trash needed to be taken out and the toilet in the second stall doesn’t flush. I wish I was a secret shopper so I could’ve at least made money at the terrible visit to Whataburger. Wont be coming back!!

Employees at 9pm on 01/27/2025 had zero team work. We ordered food at 8:40pm and didn't receive it till 9:10pm and the workers refused to help one another and we heard other employees say "that's not my job I'm not doing that" when they were asked to help get fries ready and then had the audacity to try and give us fries that where setting there since we first ordered which were cold old fries. We had one employee that seemed like she cared and took care of getting us our order and her name was maria. Thank you maria
