Food was pretty standard tex-mex food, not standout good but also not standout bad. The fajita steak particularly was better than expected. The waitress didn’t speak amazing english and neither myself or my coworker speak amazing spanish, so that was slightly challenging and my order wasn’t 100% correct, but overall no big complaints here and would go again.

My honest opinion what really matters to me is the way the food is prepped and served. At the end of the day what really matters is the flavor. I really am disappointed in the flavor of Mexican food here in Cotula. I have been to different restaurants here and quite honestly I am very disappointed in the flavor of the Mexican food. Mexican food should be very flavorful, there should be an explosion of flavors which I am sorry to say it is not the case here in Cotula Texas.

Stopped for lunch with coworkers while in town. I had the Pollo Jalisco, the flavor was good, they skimped on the onion and peppers but overall it tasted good.

This is a very nice establishment with quality food. I'm a little spoiled to warm chips and salsa from my hometown. However, the flavor was spot on. My husband and I both enjoyed what we ordered. He said the chicken breast was seasoned and cooked to perfection. My beef fajita chimichanga was blenketed with a yummy white queso, and the beef was cooked to perfection. Service was a little slow, though it was early lunch before the crowd hit. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
