Hi, I went through the Mcdonald’s drive thru at 8:02 am on 06/14/2025. Register: KS# 15 Order: 25. Anyhow, don’t get me wrong at the beginning everything was smooth and cool, but the second we want to ask Ms.Bonnie for some jam, sauce, and ketchup she says she can’t “hear” me at the same time i am speaking i am blowing out my smoke but another way i wouldn’t want it to hit her, because i myself work at fast food and at a drive thru, and if anything you have a camera...
Ordered vanilla iced coffee. I drove off without tasting it, and it was regular coffee that tasted as if it had been sitting there all day. And of course, there is no ice in it. It had all melted before I received it, so I asked for a cup of ice. The girl gave me a kids cup with 4 ice cubes........
Very slow with the service. The store did not have a crowd inside and drive through was occasional. It took over 20 minutes to get a burger combo meal. Then you go to sit down to eat and there is no ketchup. Hope this is not the norm.
