Rositas seriously has the best barbacoa I've ever had and I've traveled and tried alot of different places. Hers is not super greasy and has great flavor bot to mention all the ladies at the stand are super nice and really make you feel welcome!
We were given a lb. of barbacoa by a friend. and it was the most amazing stuff. They have limited hours, so we tried for 2 weeks to get there to get some more. 1 lb. of barbacoa will give my husband and me several meals. I am hooked and plan to try to keep some in the fridge all the time. Great service and very friendly staff.
