If I could give the Sonic in Cotulla a 0 I would!! Ordered on the app at 6:20pm. Checked in at 6:25pm. 6:58pm still waiting with multiple attempts to contact by phone(busy signal) and several in person at the door. 3rd time to walk up to the door someone finally brings my order out. 45 min wait to get my order with not one other vehicle there. Horrible service.

Wouldnât bother everytime Iâve been food is trash. They let the meat sit in heating trays for hours. Everything is sloppy on burger. They donât mix drinks right either. Fries as well taste stale from sitting around for hours.
