Muy mal servicio llegamos de México a comer cansados del camino y nos hicieron esperar casi 1 hr, les pedí si podían consonar bien la carne dorarla y me dijeron que tenían las planchas apagadas, después les dije que quería mis tacos en tortilla de maíz y me las dieron en harina que porque ya sólo les quedaban 3 que sólo había de harina… se supone que es 24/7 tienen que estar preparados para atender la gente a cual quier hr gastamos más de $100 dls y no se me hace justo que tengan tan mal servicio para tan caros los tacos!

the worst taco palenque I've ever been to. slow staff, everyone on the phone, food getting cold waiting for staff to deliver to customer's table flies landing on undelivered food. the horror!
I was so hungry this morning that I decided to eat at our local Taco Palenque in Cotulla Texas. I usually do not have time to eat out so I ordered a breakfast plate this Sunday morning, only to find out that it was one of the most delicious meals I have had in a long time at a great price. The local staff has a great attitude. The gentleman who works there by the name of Mr. Saucedo was very kind and made my experience a warm and welcoming one. His smile and attitude are a great asset to that particular restaurant. KEEP IT UP !!!!!! -Andy
