This sonic is something else I went to order drinks for my family I asked for kid slushes I was told they only give kid drinks when it’s a kids meal I said okay well get me a large drink and a small kid cup on the side. And they want to change me a dam 1.50 for a small kids cup I was already buying a large 🤦♀️🤦♀️

I am at the Crandall location and it was HORRIBLE! Drink was out of syrup..had to return it and wrap didnt have ANY sauce..Mary sd since I ordered on the app that she can't refund and tried to offer me a replacement..told her that I am not interested in eating here..first and last time coming here..my carhop was SUPER nice..didn't get her name

Quite overpriced, the employees don't hand you your receipt and the shakes are never served normal, like there is always empty spots at the top it always looks like they didn't finish serving it.

I’ve been here a few times and every single time something is wrong or missing from my order. Being a new sonic the expectations were a bit higher but they by far are the worst and the food is very underwhelming.

Alright, sonic is sonic right; I generally know what to expect? I know this place has just opened, but that's not an excuse for such poor tasting food. Ordered an Oreo cheesecake master shake: not sure if the cheesecake bits were left out in the heat or what but my whole shake tasted like AWFUL watery cream cheese (flavor not consistency), cheesy bacon burger patty and bacon strips tasted terrible (unclean griddle maybe) and southwest wrap was mediocre (almost fully melted cheese, but sadly the best of the 3 items I got). Call it growing pains, but when McDonald's across the street opened, I got nothing but the best quality of food; I need some QC up in this spot :/

I am honestly disappointed. I love sonic but this wasn't it. I ordered a burger received a chicken sandwich. And there was a gnat inside my cup.

My gosh. I don't think I ever get my orders right. Last night I got home, super excited to try the smash burger for it to be these pale thick pieces of meat. Far from anything smash about it. And I asked without cheese on both my orders which I repeated three times and still got cheese. That was without a doubt the last time we go to sonic, ESPECIALLY in Crandall.
Well let’s see they lost me when they stopped serving gravy. Not everyone eats just ketchup. Order the chicken strips and it usually comes in a box with gravy and toast. Well I got a bag with no toast and no gravy then asked for gravy and they said they don’t have that anymore. Like what!!! Boooo! Guess I’ll be going to chicken express

AVIOD this place. My whole order was wrong. Ordered #1 no tomorrow of course there was tomatoes, orders a mini Oreo sonic blast was givin a LG cup with ice cream half way, there respond was we ran out of ice cream but yet I order a mini not a LG. 2 cheese coneys My order was cold. The manager looked like she just woke up and the cook came to the front with a floss pick in his mouth. That was gross. Throw my food away was discussed. Do waist your money like I did.

45 min to close on a Saturday night, ordering food for 8 to only tell us the shake machine is cleaned and done for the night!! Complete laziness if you ask me!!!!
