Stop here! This super clean, funky little restaurant connected to a tire shop is a wonderful surprise. Whatever Mrs. Tillis is cooking, it's going to be good! The owners are very friendly, genuinely good people. Ms.Betty is also very friendly and will make sure you leave full and happy. Comfort food at it's best. Everything we had on the plate lunches was delicious. I will definitely go out of my way to eat here when in the area.

The owners are wonderful and sweet! They are very welcoming and the food is made fresh when you walk in. The burger is crispy but juicy and it is delicious! the fries are golden and crispy and pair well with any dipping sauce. Highly recommend coming here if you want a home cooked burger!

Stopped at this tiny place in Crockett next to an Exxon en route from San Antonio to Shreveport. It’s the definition of a hole-in-the-wall, mom & pop place, but I say that in the best way. Be prepared to wait because they literally make the burgers and fry the crinkle-cut fries to order, which takes about 15 minutes. Our wait was rewarded with a thick, handmade beef patty that was crisped on the outside and juicy inside . The soft bun was also toasted on the grilltop, a nice touch. Plenty of fresh lettuce and tomatoes topped it off. And did I mention crinkle fries are my fave?! The lady and I’m guessing her hubby who run it and do the cooking are very sweet as well. Definitely recommend you give it a try when in town!

New to area. Was glad we found this great place. A bit long to wait on order but it was lunch time. The lunch specials looked excellent...too bad we had to p/u burgers to eat in car because we had our old dog with us. Very nice folks. Will be by anytime we are in town. The burger was great and pecan pie most goodly. Thanks

The food was absolutely delicious. . 2 cheeseburgers and fries. The burgers were big and the best tasting burgers in Crockett. The fries were golden brown with just the right amount of crispness. They were fried in fresh, clean oil. The staff there was so very nice,.friendly and attentive. I walked in there not knowing what to expect and came out knowing I would be eating there again. The next time you're in the mood for a burger, pick one up at the Chuck Wagon Grill on 4th st.
