First off, you are probably wanting to know about the BRISKET. This is true Texas Brisket done very well. It is smoky and tender, appropriately seasoned and flavor was well-balanced. The mild bbq sauce was a little sweet, but certainly tasty, and the spicy sauce was too grainy - best to avoid the latter.
