We are NOT big BBQ people, but Mimsy's is amazing!! From the pork ribs, to pork chop that is so big, cooked to perfection, you can't HELP but take it all!! The Sprouts are our favorite, OMG they are the best we EVER tasted!! Everything we tasted made us not just full, but lusting for more! This place is a Texas BBQ oasis! And we are damn LUCKY to live in Crockett where we can go anytime we want!
My nephew and I finally rode the 120 mile ride out and had the smoked burger on Wednesdays. It was well worth the ride and we'll be back for sure to try more of the delicious looking food on the menu. Oh yeah, don't forget some homemade banana pudding cheesecake.
