Everthing about this place is top notch. The service was incredible, the prices are reasonable, and the food was fantastic! We had chicken, ribs, brisket, and the loaded nachos. I don't how they pulled it off but every component was done well.
Giving a four for the chicken alone. I usually don't get the chicken at a BBQ spot but this looked really yummy and oh boy was it! Loved the jerk rub. Now, onto the brisket..... I will say we got there almost at closing but the brisket was hard to get down because it was so dry. They were out of sausage and ribs. The only thing I can rate is the chicken and brisket. We got our stamp!

We are NOT big BBQ people, but Mimsy's is amazing!! From the pork ribs, to pork chop that is so big, cooked to perfection, you can't HELP but take it all!! The Sprouts are our favorite, OMG they are the best we EVER tasted!! Everything we tasted made us not just full, but lusting for more! This place is a Texas BBQ oasis! And we are damn LUCKY to live in Crockett where we can go anytime we want!
