“We order from here a lot and we love the food! However, the last few times we have ordered from here they have forgot something from our order! One time it was the fries, one time it was the onion rings and this time it was our drinks! I’m all for giving second chances but, when you order delivery and they forget to put drinks in your order and tell you to come and get it! I don’t think that is the right response to make it right! So, I called to ask about our drinks and she said she would talk to the manager and call us back! Have not heard anything! Trying to support local but sometimes it can be hard! Feeling disappointed! ☹️“

“Went online and ordered for curb side pickup. I received a phone call from a very nice lady at Applebee's letting me know that my tacos would not include coleslaw due to a recall. This type of communication and customer service does not exist outside of this small town Applebee's. Any other person would have left it off without telling the customer, and I would have assumed they messed up. Very impressive, will continue spending money there.“

“I visit this establishment every single morning. The sausage, egg & cheese biscuits, the sausage burritos and the breakfast baconators are absolutely delicious! My favorite are the potato wedges dipped in some of their scorching hot sauce. I just wish they served those all day long. I love their fries, but those potato wedges are the best! Also, their customer service team goes above and beyond. A big shout out to Mike and Drew. Keep up the amazing work! I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. 😄“

The kids there are very kind and fast , I asked for a sauce and they brought it to my table immediately!! I totally recommend going, will be coming back again !!“
