My daughter and I went to this great establishment for dinner. I ordered medium spiced crawfish and she ordered spicy. Well the heat on hers was a little different from what she was used too. So, Jayleen our very nice and attentive waitress spoke with the manager Nate about a remedy to tone down the spice. He was more than accommodating and fixed the crawfish order. We will most definitely return as always for awesome food and wonderful atmosphere!

Ate at John e’s grate service Nate was very awesome making sure our experience was good raven did a outstanding job waiting on our table the crawfish was delicious and flavorful will definitely be back the experience was fantastic thank you john e’s staff for making our experience remarkable

As a native of SW Louisiana it's refreshing to visit a place that reminds me of home. Great food and true Southern hospitality. My family and I discovered this place about a month ago and have been every week since.
