Great bbq! After a long time wanting to drive out to Crosby to try La Cruda BBQ I finally went & was not disappointed.
Picked up some Dino beef ribs for Sunday’s game. Didn’t expect much. “Store bought BBQ” 🤷🏼♂️ but let me tell you! Perfect bark! The rub complimented the beef perfectly! Tender enough to pull apart but still slice! Smoke flavor was there but not overpowering. I can’t say enough good about them! I highly recommend!!
FYI….I’m not the guy to buy BBQ. I’m the guy that’s drunk by 3pm because he been up all morning smoking meat. 😂😂
