Having to work overnight shift was picking something up to have later. Lettuce does not reheat well, ordered a Big Mac simply asked for lettuce on the side instead of on the sandwich. Was met with utter confusion. Had to get a manager who also was totally confused. It seems that unless it is a actual button they can push no one at this location can figure out how to add the lettuce but not on the actual burger. Just another glaring example of how common sense or independent...

I've tried giving this location so many chances, the service just keeps getting worse and worse. They aren't prepared at busy times which creates long waits. They are scanning mobile orders as delivered before they are actually delivered. Today i waited 30 minutes to pick up a curbside order. I know things could be better here, but i fear that will never happen.
