The workers didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and like they were high. My order was completely screwed up.I waited for 20 minutes and I even ordered ahead on the app!This place needs a serious management overhaul!

Darion has great customer service! after sitting an hour at highlands location and being refused service 2x and being cussed at by the drive through boy we came to crosby location and Darion immediately served us and treated us with the upmost respect! he deserves a raise!!
