Pizza Hut in Crosby, TX received mixed reviews. While some found the crust to be disappointing compared to other local options, others praised the exceptional service of a dedicated delivery driver. However, a customer was left disappointed after facing issues with redeeming a coupon received from Pizza Hut's customer service. Despite the varied experiences, Pizza Hut seems to excel in delivery service and falls short in consistency and customer satisfaction at times.
