Made a pickup order through the mobile app. When I came in the store I was warmly greeted by a gentleman behind the counter. My order was ready and waiting. It was fresh and delicious. I will be back 1/25/25 6pm

My online order was running late because of staffing issues. Cynthia invited me in, explained that my order was a bit delayed, but she would get it prepared asap. I waited while she finished the order ahead of mine. While she prepared my order, she explained that she was new and still learning. Not sure what the staffing issue was, but this poor lady was running the whole show by herself. I’m sure it was stressful, but Cynthia handled herself well I hope this is an isolated...

It is always a pleasant visit when I go to this subway location in Crosby. However, this last time there it was much more special. What a nice visit I had today at this Subway. The young men that were there to assist me were very courteous, attentive and informative on their products. Thank you for the great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
