The food is delicious but the way the cashier serves is horrible. Before, a guerita lady who was there was so friendly and the brat in front, a chubby girl, serves so horrible.

Fast service and delicious food. I ordered the “quesabirrias” and they came with four different sauces/salsas of different heats and flavor profiles. The tacos were crisp but not greasy and the meat was perfectly seasoned. Would definitely eat here the next time I’m in Crosby.

Kid-friendliness: One of the songs that played while we were there had lots of profanity. There were roughly 10 children in the building, from elementary to middle school aged.

I've eaten at this place before and never had a complaint until today (8/18) My husband and I came for lunch (11:50), and the cashier(didn't get her name) was so unpleasant. In the first seconds of ordering, you could tell how rude she was being. 1. We weren't greeted. 2. She raised her voice at my husband when she didn't hear him the first time.. We let it go, continued ordering until it came to the 3. When she was giving my husband his change back, this lady THREW him the change. We immediately canceled our order and requested a refund. She could have had a bad day. We all do. But don't take it out on other customers who aren't at fault for your bad day.

I’ve always loved this place but the quality of the food has went down a lot. Always love the pollo asado has alway been amazing. Now it’s dry and not what it’s always been. I won’t be back. Don’t give salsa or limes for the pollo asado anymore. Bought a whole one and it was so dry my family couldn’t eat it.

I came in with my family @912 pm and they had a limited menu I was trying to order the loaded fries I saw online looked real good but they told me they had already put up the cheese to make it ,I find it really sad the owner has to be present for them to actually have the full menu available not to mention the lady upfront had a dirty look on her face had an attitude ,and just had this bad energy like why are yall here not inviting at all I understand yall close at 10 pm but 912 is plenty of time to make my family an order. The lady had this negative energy and when we asked can we eat here she said yes but was very rude so we took our order to go I’ll never be back after this experience food was 2 out of 10 the chicken was seasoned well but dry and burnt what a waste of time and money smh what a disappointment

First time eating here. Atmosphere is nice, food presentation was great, but It was lacking in flavor, I got the 5 mini tacos and the corn tortilla were fried and very greasy. I was not expecting them to be fried as it didn’t say anything on the menu. I also got the carne asada quesadillas and they were EXTREMELY greasy. Grease was dripping from the quesadilla. I thought it was the cheese as it can sometimes be greasy when melted but that was not the case.
Also the menu said food was $12 but I was charged $12.42, not sure why. Maybe a fee for the credit card usage. If that was the case then state that somewhere. All in all I was not impressed.

Today we wanted to come to dinner and one of the workers told us without further ado that they were already closed since it was 8:36 and I questioned why since their hours are until 9 at night he just said we are going to close early. Terrible service
